  • IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION

    PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER UPON RECEIPT
    All damage and/or loss must be reported within 5 days of receipt.

    We make every effort to ensure that your order was packed so it would arrive in perfect condition. In the event damage did occur in transit, there are proper steps, which must be followed to process your claim. All shipping warranties are void after 5 days.

     

    RETURN POLICY

    • Please, DO NOT RETURN ANY DAMAGED ITEMS TO US. Call our customer service line (954) 418-2188 and we will assist you with the return.
    • All returns must have a return authorization number (RA#) obtained by calling our customer service line. Returned items must be received within 30 days with an RA #.
    • Save all packaging materials and the carton in which your shipment arrived. The carrier may want to inspect these items.
    • Phone us immediately upon receipt of the damaged package. We will contact the carrier and file a claim. This process may take a few weeks to complete. If you would like to receive replacement goods right away, please contact us and we will re-ship the damaged items. We will charge your account for the replaced items and issue credit to your account upon completion of the carrier’s claim.
    • We recommend returning items via UPS/FedEx or a way that provides a tracking method. Pura is not responsible for packages that are lost when returned.
    • A copy of the invoice must accompany all returns.
    • No credit will be issued on boxes returned with missing items and will be returned at customer’s expense.

     

    SHORTAGES or MISTAKES POLICY
    • ALL orders must be checked for shortages or damage and reported to Pura Botanica within 5 days of receipt. Please have invoice number ready when calling.
